" My first experience with Ridpath's Auto was in 1998 and I didn't spend a dime. We had just moved to the area when my vehicle overheated and was towed to a local shop. After they took a look at it, they said it was too much for them and that I should take it to Ridpath's Auto. I got the car to Ridpath's, they took a look at it, and the diagnosis wasn't good. Ultimately, the whole engine block was cracked. It would potentially be thousands of dollars. But Michael Ridpath, didn't stop there. He said he thought there was a recall on this make, model and year. He did some research and found information for me. I sent the car in to be fixed at a local dealer, and the whole repair was covered. Since then, I have taken every car I've owned to Ridpath's for service. Solid people, solid work and integrity. "
